How it works

From first contact to support

  1. 1

A first conversation — always free, always unhurried, never a sales pitch.

  2. 2

We agree together what kind of support is right, and what it will cost.

  3. 3

A standard rate applies where it can be afforded; a reduced rate or bursary applies where it can't.

  4. 4

You are never asked to justify yourself, and never billed for more than was agreed.

A note on cost

Every service below has a standard rate and a reduced rate, and support is never withheld for want of money. Visit our Fees page for full details, or simply ask — we will always find a way through together.
